FAQ

We work with children aged 13 and up. We also work with men and women.

We offer both virtual and in-person appointments.

Therapy starts with an assessment to understand what is going on and to learn more about the person as an individual. Once we gather this information, we will build a plan around you to help you achieve your highest success.

We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an umbrella therapy that encompasses several other therapies, which holds the belief that your thoughts control your behaviors, and your behaviors control your thoughts. As a result, we have thousands of tools we could teach. If a tool is not working for you, we will teach you another one tailored to your needs.

We take a person-centered approach, building all skills around you as an individual and your individual needs. In instances where we were not able to help a person, we sought specialization courses to ensure that we could help the person instead of running away and sending them to another therapist.

We would help you learn skills to manage the chaos you are facing. We will stay with you every step of the way and use tools tailored to your strengths and weaknesses.
