About Miguel Martinez, LCSW

A Focus on Trauma-Informed, Personalized Care

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to help individuals process and move through trauma, tailoring each approach to fit the client’s unique needs.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work and have many years of experience in the mental health field, so I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support.

My focus is on understanding your specific concerns and developing strategies that truly fit your life and circumstances. I also prioritize helping clients understand what may be contributing to their challenges – because insight into the process can foster greater engagement, clarity, and trust.

Creating a welcoming, comfortable environment is a core part of my work.

My goal is for you to leave each session with practical tools to navigate everyday life with more confidence.

Why I Do This Work

Mahatma Gandhi once said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

Throughout my career in mental health, I’ve come to appreciate the privilege of being part of each person’s journey. This work allows me not only to give back but also to continue growing as an individual.

Providing care, support, and comfort to others is deeply meaningful to me, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing.

Who I Am Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of sessions, I enjoy playing music and chess – activities that help me stay grounded and creative.
